If the delivered equipment does not match the description or has significant defects that were not disclosed prior to purchase, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery to initiate a return.

Return Procedure

The equipment must be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery, in the same condition in which it was received—without modifications, usage signs, or additional damage.

Refunds

If the return is approved after inspection, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued, excluding shipping fees or any other associated logistics costs. Refunds are typically processed within 30 business days after we receive the returned equipment.

Return Shipping Costs

The cost of returning the equipment is the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or discrepancy from the original product description.
